The weird thing is, we all criticize each other but while judging others, we often forget that they would also find something in us to criticize because as a matter of fact, nobody  is perfect and everybody has a natural tendency and talent to judge and criticize. I had some friends who used to tell me how bad I am when it comes to social etiquette. I don't behave good. I have got some attitude problem. I don't wish. I don't respect people. I hardly remember your face but I remember you. I don't remember what you said but I remember your voice. So,it has nothing to with financial,social or political background.There is no use talking and writing about  women being  tortured. Men will define it as feminist approach towards life and women find it irrelevant until it happens to them.. Misbehavior with women  is not a national issue. It is a global problem.I can still remember the day when I  first read in a newspaper about a  father who raped  his daughter in a hotel room while accompanying her for her medical entrance examinations.Many girls would agree with me if I  say that  after reading such reports,the first thing which occurs in our mind is " is it true? can this happen?  a father!!!! Then the second thing we do is thanking God for providing us a safe family.But all of us are not so lucky obviously. 10 years back this news was a big breaking news but now it has become a Column.Now eyebrows are not raised in disbelief when we get to hear a father raping his daughter,a brother ...

Does it really matter? Right and wrong? Fortunately it still matters for few people. So how does it start? When and how do we start recognizing right and wrong. For some it never happens actually and for the rest it starts when we  start understanding other's pain. One cannot define right and wrong but the simplest way to understand it is analysing the consequence of our actions. If we are the reason for somebody's pain  then we are wrong and this is the only truth which is sure as death. But it is not as simple as that. Pain is not what we see as tears. Quoting Geeta " Pain caused by Lust, Anger, fear and Ego (I, Me and Mine) is not pain." History always guides us. Whenever we are stuck  if we look back, we can always find an answer. If Arjuna would have thought of Gandhari's pain,He could never fight. If Krishna would have considered Yashoda's pain, He could never leave Vrindavan. If Rama would have considered Mandodari's Pain, He could never kill Ravan...
